Bullets Star Zach Braff Hits the Red Carpet with Kate Hudson & Josh Gad for His New Movie Wish I Was Here

Whether you donated your life savings to Zach Braff’s much-buzzed-about Kickstarter page or respectfully declined, the Bullets Over Broadway star and filmmaker’s crowd-funded movie Wish I Was Here officially premiered at a starry screening in New York City on July 14—thanks to over $3 million from fans! Directed and co-written by Braff alongside his brother Adam, Wish I Was Here tells the story of Aiden (Braff), a struggling actor, father and husband who tries to discover the purpose of his life at 35. In addition to The Book of Mormon and Frozen favorite Josh Gad and screen star Kate Hudson, the movie features Tony winner Mandy Patinkin as Aiden's ailing father.
